School Council attend Pupil Voice Conference

On Tuesday 6th December, Miss Hounsome and 5 school council representatives attended a Pupil Voice Conference at Bedford Town Football Club. The conference involved a series of interactive workshops designed to capture the views of the children led by members of the Bedford Borough Youth Cabinet and United Kingdom Youth Parliament.
In the afternoon, there were training workshops for our school council which were designed to help the children grow in confidence and learn new skills. The children had a great day meeting lots of other children from different schools. They will be sharing their experiences and ideas at our next school council meeting.
