Welcome to 'The Club'
We are excited to announce the launch of the new wraparound care provision available to Wixams Tree Primary Academy families.
The Club is part of the Knowledge Schools Trust, and we also work alongside the primary schools in London as well as Wixams Tree Primary Academy. The Club is committed to equality of opportunity and to safeguarding children.
Our breakfast club and after-school club are inclusive, with the highest academic standards; we welcome children from all backgrounds and give them the knowledge, skills and confidence to flourish. Our core belief is that every child is entitled to a classical liberal wraparound care provision, which we deliver by implementing the cutting-edge Core Knowledge Play Curriculum. We will be opening the breakfast club, along with the afterschool club this coming April 2025 after the Easter Holidays, as we are in the process of recruiting staff.
Our wraparound care provision is opened to Reception children aged 4 – Year 6 children aged 11, with a 10% discount offered to siblings.
Breakfast and After School Clubs
Breakfast Club: Capacity - 30 children
£6.50 per session per child.
Sessions for breakfast club will be between 7.30am – 8.35am, where children will be offered a healthy breakfast, consisting of toast (with an option of low in saturates/sugary spreads), fruit, cereal, dried fruit etc.
After-School Club: Capacity - 40 children
£15.50 for 3.10pm – 6.00pm sessions or £11.50 for sessions 3.10pm – 5.10pm sessions.
Sessions for the after-school club will start at the end of the school day, 3.10pm and will run until 6.00pm. You will have the option to make bookings for either 3.10pm – 6.00pm or 3.10pm – 5.10pm. Children will be offered a wide range of healthy snacks and will also have access to a variety of activities.
Activities
You will be sent a weekly plan of daily activities along with the weeks snack menu. We offer arts and crafts, sport and cooking activities and a cosy/early years corner.
Bookings/Payments
Bookings will go live mid-March via Arbor Pay. This is a new app that will eventually replace parent pay.

Signing my child up for a Breakfast or After-School Club on the Parent Portal or Parent App
We will send you detailed instructions on how to access Arbor parent portal or the Arbor parent app when bookings go live. We welcome childcare voucher payments (the code will need entering when booking a place) and card payments.

Priority Booking for Existing Users
Our priority bookings for existing users is now live and available to book via Arbor.
Here are the details you need to book.
1. You will continue to have 3 time slots for the afterschool club, but this may be reviewed before September 2025:
3.10pm – 4.10pm (cost of £6.25)
3.10pm – 5.10pm (cost of £11.50)
3.10pm – 6pm (cost of £15.50)
2. You can make payments for your bookings via Tax Free Childcare Grants, the Childcare Grant Service (CCG5923683), Childcare Vouchers and card payments.
3. You can make bookings up until the end of the school year (July 2025), without being obligated to make a full upfront payment. The bookings for 25-26 will be released in May 25 and we will give existing parents priority booking.
4. For parents that want to book the whole year they will be able to pay by direct debit and then we will take the payment monthly for the club services are used. If you want to book as you need them, you will be able to pay for the clubs purchased as you book via card payment.

Making a Booking Via Arbor
You should have all received your Arbor login details from the school, if not, please do contact the school to request your login details.

Please note, when making your bookings using Tax-Free Childcare, Childcare Grant Service or Vouchers, you will incur a negative balance on your account, which our finance department will top up by allocate your payment to your account once payment has been reconciled.
You can make bookings for the full summer term, weekly, or daily.

There is a sibling discount of 10%.
